Your subscription will start with the next issue to be published, unless otherwise indicated (eg. if the description lists COMPLETE SET #1-6, then your subscription will start at #1, even if that issue has already been published). The subscription rate covers you for regular monthly issues, excluding special editions, and annuals, which can be purchased seperately.
Sometimes publishers create surprise, extra sized editions, and these may be counted as more than one issue, and will shorten your subscription accordingly.
