Fred Ellison. I am an English author. From a young age I decided I wanted to be a writer. Unfortunately, I got taken out of school a few days after I was suspended.
But after that little bump, I met my hero, the actor Karim Zeroual who played Sadiq in the CBBC TV series The Sparticle Mystery.
Meeting him and the rest of the cast at the BBC studios inspired me to write my book about a world without adults.
This became Oliver Storm and the Great Disappearance, which was published by SJH Publishing when I was 16 years old.
During the COVID-19 lockdowns, I discovered my love for Sci-Fi films: Total Recall, Robocop and Star Wars, to name a few.
In my new comic book project Welcome to Tomorrow, I wanted to bring together the genres of Space opera and American teen high school movies, to write a story about a
high school in the future.
